  • Prospect daily utilizing extensive network including:
    • Database of over one thousand past clients
    • Center of Influence
    • Top Producing Agent Network
  • Broadcast client needs and wants at office meeting
  • Preview property daily to view new inventory
  • Call daily and/or as matches occur
  • Show client selected properties
  • Obtain all property information needed to determine the type of offer that will get noticed
  • Write purchase contract and arrange for it to be presented
  • Handle  negotiations of the contract
  • Manage the completion of all paperwork
  • Schedule inspectors and appraisers
  • Arrange a final walk though before close of escrow
