There's an awful lot less negative equity around these days and a good deal of confidence in the prospects for the economy, so it's reasonable to think that more and more of those homeowners who've been playing a waiting game will finally begin to see the incredible potential.
And, right now, those sellers who do decide to list are enjoying a lot less competition than they might have expected, with the result that their asking prices not only hold, but often go well beyond that level, as multiple offers are very likely in the current climate, especially as buyer sentiment remains so strong.
