DOMINIC NICOLI

Specializing in the sale of upscale residential real estate sales for the past 21 years, Dominic was one of the first agents to join Intero Real Estate at its inception in 2001. He is a graduate of San Jose State University with a business degree in marketing and has received numerous industry awards including being in the top 1% of all Intero agents every year since the company was founded. In 2013, Dominic was presented with Intero’s most distinguished award as its first member of the Intero Hall of Fame – this award is designated solely for individuals that have sold in excess of 400 million dollars of residential real estate while working at Intero. Currently there are only 3 members of the hall of fame out of over 2500 Intero agents. Dominic is passionate about life and business and tirelessly works at providing unparalleled results and service for his valued clients. Dominic was also instrumental in the creation of the Intero Foundation which provides financial assistance and support to Bay Area children with special needs. He remains one of its biggest yearly contributors.

CARLA HERNANDEZ

With a tremendous eye for detail and 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, Carla is a valued member of The Nicoli Group team. Her many years of professional experience which includes 8 years of corporate recruiting and 15 years of management give her great insight into client’s needs. Carla oversees all of the mandated legal paperwork, marketing/advertising, listing and escrow process and overall requests of our clients.

 

 

JACKIE NICOLI

Dominic’s mom, Jackie is armed with an independent and entrepreneurial spirit, her approach to her real estate business is simple; be honest, act in the best interest of your clients and work hard on their behalf. This approach has allowed Jackie to create lifelong friendships with many of the hundreds of her past clients. Jackie enjoys the daily challenge of putting together the pieces necessary that lead buyers to the home of their dreams or a profitable investment property. Jackie utilizes her ability to plan, prepare and negotiate along with her extensive knowledge of current market conditions and inventory to bring measurable results to her clients.

 

 

KEN GRILLI

Ken has been a loyal team member for The Nicoli Group for over a decade. As Field Manager, Ken plays an essential role within the team tirelessly working behind the scenes to ensure every property is meticulously maintained and always market ready. His weekly visual inspections allow Dominic to solve circumstances before they become problems. Among his multiple responsibilities, Ken hosts broker tours and is the in house courier ensuring that vital documents are where they need to be when they need to be there.

 

 

ALFREDO RAMIREZ

Alfredo offers 11 years of real estate experience to the team with a background in the lending side of the business. Alfredo offers strong prospecting skills working with sellers and buyers in all areas of the Bay.

 

 

GERARDO CORTES

Conducting business in real estate for 22 years, Gerardo works with buyers and sellers in the Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties and is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist with his SRES certification.

 

 

EDDIE OBEROI

Eddie has 15 years experience in real estate working with buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area. Born in India and raised/studied in Utah, Eddie has the ability to relate to people from all walks of life.

 

 

DEBBIE OJEDA

Debbie has been a San Francisco Bay Area Resident for over 25 years. Born and raised in Honolulu, Debbie graduated from Sacred Hearts Academy and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Hawaii with a specialization in Public Relations and Marketing. Debbie has a successful track record of working in partnership with both buyers and sellers and her extensive experience in Sales, Sales Management and Customer Service coupled with her passion for building relationships enables her to create positive results for each of her clients.

 

 

Charlotte Smith, MHA

Charlotte Smith grew up in Cupertino as the quintessential product of a Silicon Valley tech family. Educated in the highly rated Cupertino School district Charlotte graduated from Monta Vista High School. She went on to earn her undergraduate degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management. Before entering real estate Charlotte had 5 years of success in business development and sales negotiations dealing with C-Level Executives in the healthcare industry.

Charlotte works with buyers and sellers and is an Intero Relocation Specialist. Charlotte’s attraction to the real estate business is based on a desire to positively impact the experience of people making significant personal business decisions.
